Salon Policies 

 

• If you are more than 10 minutes late I may not be able to do your full treatment. Please let me know if you are running late and I will try my best to accommodate where possible.

• If you cancel with less than 48hrs or no show your appointment more than once you will not be able to rebook without paying for the next appointment upfront.

•If you have used a Gift Voucher or paid for your appointment upfront and you cancel with less than 48hrs or no show to that appointment the money for the treatment will be deducted from that payment/ voucher. 

• All treatments must be paid on the day by Cash or Card. 

• Clients must advise me of any medical changes prior to their appointment. This could include a new allergy, medication or medical condition. I do ask for as much notice as possible so I can ensure the treatment is still safe to go ahead. 

• All tinting treatments require at patch test 48hrs prior to your appointment. A patch test will last 6 months unless a medical change takes place within those months.
